Website terms

Terms of use

Effective July 24, 2026. These terms govern use of this website and its inquiry, estimate, private-link portal, invoice, and payment features. The site is operated by M&M Consulting LLC, doing business as M&M Operations Group (“M&M”). By using these features, you agree to these website terms. If you use them for an organization or property owner, you represent that you are authorized to act for that party.

Information and service agreements

Public website content is general business information, not a binding offer, guarantee, or promise to accept or complete work. An inquiry, consultation request, portal invitation, or website communication does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, attorney-client, brokerage, property-management, or other professional relationship. Services begin only when the applicable parties confirm scope, responsibilities, pricing, and other terms in a written service agreement, accepted estimate, work authorization, or other written engagement document.

The applicable service agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website terms. Project scope, assumptions, exclusions, schedules, deposits, change work, cancellation, warranties, dispute procedures, and allocation of responsibilities are determined by that agreement and the project record, not by general website descriptions.

Estimates and project information

Estimates are based on the information, conditions, assumptions, and validity period stated in the estimate. Unless the estimate or service agreement expressly says otherwise, an estimate is not a fixed-price guarantee and may be revised for changed scope, concealed conditions, client selections, third-party requirements, taxes, permits, material pricing, or other circumstances. Website status indicators, progress percentages, target dates, and milestone descriptions are operational summaries and may not reflect every field condition or contractual detail.

Third-party providers

Certain engagements may involve independent contractors, vendors, or regulated professionals. Their services remain subject to separate qualifications, licensing requirements, responsibilities, pricing, availability, and agreements. M&M does not represent through this website that it performs work requiring a license or professional credential it does not hold. Required permits, approvals, inspections, insurance, and regulated services are addressed in the applicable engagement documents.

No regulated advice

M&M Business Advisory does not provide legal, tax, investment, brokerage, accounting, engineering, architectural, or other regulated professional advice. Advisory content is operational and educational and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands the relevant facts. No attorney-client relationship or legal privilege is created by using this website or communicating through it.

Private links and authorized access

Estimates, invoices, and client portals may use unique, unlisted links rather than a username and password. You must keep those links confidential, share them only with people authorized for the project, and notify M&M promptly if access may have been lost or compromised. You may not attempt to discover another client's link, bypass access controls, scrape records, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or use the website for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Information shown through a private link is provided for project coordination and recordkeeping. It does not make the portal a formal system of record, escrow, permanent archive, or privileged repository unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Clients should retain copies of records they are contractually or legally required to keep.

Files and communications

You may submit only content you are authorized to provide and that is reasonably related to the requested work. You grant M&M and its service providers permission to host, reproduce, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to evaluate, administer, document, or perform the engagement. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information and instructions you provide. Electronic communications can be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, or fail, so urgent matters should be confirmed through an agreed contact method.

Invoices and online payments

Invoice amounts, due dates, deposits, retainage, taxes, late charges, refund rights, and payment allocation are governed by the applicable invoice and service agreement. Online card or bank payments may be completed through a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe's terms apply to its payment service. A payment is not final until it is successfully received, posted, and not reversed. A website status, automated message, or provider authorization does not alter the parties' written payment terms. Questions about an invoice or payment should be raised promptly at operations@mmoperationsgroup.com.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, text, demonstrations, templates, and other site materials are owned by M&M or used with permission. You may view and print client-specific records for legitimate engagement purposes, but may not copy, republish, sell, impersonate, or create misleading derivative uses of the public website or M&M branding.

Availability and third-party services

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features and may correct errors or update information. Hosting, email delivery, payments, communications, maps, and linked resources may depend on third-party services outside M&M's control. Links to a third party do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that party's service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. M&M is not responsible for loss caused solely by a user's unauthorized sharing of a private link, submission of inaccurate or unauthorized material, misuse of the website, or a third-party service outside M&M's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific warranties, limitations, indemnities, or remedies appear in the applicable written agreement.

Applicable law and changes

Unless a written service agreement provides otherwise, these website terms are governed by applicable Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as website features or operations change. The effective date above identifies the current version, and changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
