Privacy notice

Effective July 24, 2026. This notice explains how M&M Consulting LLC, doing business as M&M Operations Group (“M&M,” “we,” or “us”), handles information through this website, consultation and estimate workflows, client portals, project administration, invoicing, and related communications.

Information we collect

We may collect names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, project or property addresses, service interests, project descriptions, budgets, schedules, communication preferences, and information you include in messages. For an active engagement, we may also collect estimates, approvals, project status information, milestones, invoices, payment status, completion acknowledgments, and documents, photographs, or other files submitted by you or created in connection with the work.

Our systems and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, requested URLs, timestamps, email-delivery events, security logs, and limited usage or performance data. We do not intentionally collect precise location data through the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess requested work, prepare and administer estimates and service agreements, organize projects, provide client-visible updates, exchange files, issue and track invoices, facilitate payment, maintain records, improve our services, protect the website and its users, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Transactional messages may include estimate links, portal invitations, project notices, invoices, receipts, and service communications. We do not use those messages as consent for unrelated marketing.

Client portals and private links

Project portals, estimates, and invoices may be made available through unique, unlisted access links. These links are intended only for the client and people the client authorizes. Anyone who obtains a link may be able to view the information available through it, so recipients should not forward or publish it. Contact us promptly if a link is lost, misdirected, or believed to be compromised so that we can take reasonable steps to replace or disable access. A private link is a practical access control, not a representation that the portal is a privileged, regulated, or archival repository.

Payments and service providers

Online payments are completed on payment pages hosted by Stripe. We receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, date, and provider reference, but our website is not designed to receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

We use service providers to support website and application hosting, cloud databases and file storage, security, transactional email, payment processing, analytics, and other business functions. These may include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for hosted payments. Information may also be shared with contractors, consultants, or professional advisers when reasonably necessary for an inquiry or engagement and subject to applicable responsibilities. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, resolve a dispute, or complete a business reorganization or transfer.

Sale of information

M&M does not sell personal information submitted through its inquiry, estimate, project, or billing workflows, and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Third-party websites and services linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate an inquiry, perform or document an engagement, maintain financial and operational records, administer warranties or follow-up work, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet applicable accounting, tax, contractual, insurance, or legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, delivery logs, security records, or provider systems after it is removed from active use.

Security and appropriate submissions

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including HTTPS and access controls. No website, email, cloud service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, highly sensitive personal information, or material you are not authorized to share through a general inquiry, email, or project upload. Submitting information does not create attorney-client privilege or another professional privilege.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to address a privacy concern. Rights and available responses depend on applicable law and are subject to reasonable identity verification and exceptions for records we must or may retain. We may be unable to delete information needed for an active engagement, payment record, dispute, security purpose, or legal obligation.

Children

This website and M&M's services are intended for adults and business users, not children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services and practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
